I dropped of the check this morning and a weird thing happened, when I got home I had the bill in my mail box, guess all involved where thinking the same thing at the same time.

Kitchen renovation:
Remove existing kitchen cabinets & lower butler pantry cabinets; ceiling in kitchen
Cart away all debris
Sister ceiling joists with 25 gauge 1 5/8″ steel studs to level ceiling
Relocate existing high hats in kitchen, run 20 amp circuit for dishwasher in new location
Sheetrock kitchen ceiling, (3) coats compound & Benjamin Moore Ceiling paint white
Relocate existing radiator

Can you check my salt chlorinator? I guess the shock wore off and I checked the chlorine level with the test strips again. It is on the lowest color on the test strip again. The pool is on for 8 hours a day and you set it at 80%.

The pool was fine until a few days ago. It turned green quickly. We are unsure exactly how to maintain the new salt water system. I honestly dont remember all the particulars about the salt levels etc.
We also need to set up an appt in the near future for you to finish

What area am I figuring for the drywell/ Pool surrounding patio and the area of the pool. If so what is this area. There is already a note that the pool will meet 2011 code and the entrapment protection is stated. Do i need to state it again?.

Hi Curt. We had to have our cesspool replaced. Needless to say our front grass area had been destroyed. I guess we will have to discuss where we go from here.
